A fair amount of our business model has been strategic financial partnerships with affiliate companies, whereby we completely form, manage and take responsibility for all parts of this operation, while sharing the profit generated from the alliance.
Currently, we represent six separate RE/MAX offices, four Keller Williams offices and two Century 21 offices as compliant profit joint ventures. We oversee all staffing, bookkeeping and business planning for the joint venture partner through a proven RESPA compliant structure.
These partnerships have not only been a substantial part of our overall business, but have allowed us to be the market leader in the Bucks County and NE Philadelphia residential realty marketplace.
We believe that there is a fully compliant approach that still provides a means for the larger real estate companies to share in a profit of a title company. This model clearly relies on sufficient initial capital and net worth, plus the management of its own employees who provide the “core title services” required of a true standalone title agency.
